Sorry again if this post is kind of vague and doesnt have the information necessary for anyone to help me, like I said im not super great with computers so im not sure what sort of information one would need to even start helping me.Once you download your new driver, then you need to install it. Also I went through microsoft support and they remoted into my PC and tried a bunch of stuff (sorry I wish I could list them all but if its not obvious from my post im not exactly the most big-brain PC man so I dont know or understand all the stuff they tried) and none of that worked either.

I went through some VB-cables forums which suggested doing a clean install of the drivers, but that didnt help me. Whats really odd (at least to dummy like me) is that when I run my stream, the audio thats supposed to be coming through those cables is detected by OBS but it just doesnt come through my headphones or speakers.

Audio comes out of my normal headphones and realtek drivers for my speakers, but not the VB drivers. Suddenly, today when I booted up my PC after updating windows 10 no audio was coming out of the VB cables. Sorry this is my first reddit post ever so im sorry if I'm not explaining myself the best way!īasically its as the title says, ive been running VB-audio cables for my stream for months and they've been working perfectly.
